Due to the demand, AIECS will continue with the RPL/RCC price of $130 per unit, as well as recieving a free enrolment when you enrol with AIECS and purchase the first module at the same time.

All Queensland highschool students who were in Grade 10 in 2006 would have received a "LUI"this is a student identification number which enables training organisations to report any training the student ha undertaken to the Queensland Training Authority to include on the the student's Queensland Certificate of Education.  It is of great importance that all students who were in Year 10 in 2006 contact their school and ask for their "LUI" and contact AIECS to ensure that we pass on this information in a timely manner to ensure that all training conducted while enrolled in AIECS will be included in the Senior Statement.

March 2008

February 2008

AIECS has some exciting offers during the months of February to April 2008.  These include RCC modules costing $130 each instead of $150 each.  The free enrolment offer will be available to all students who enrol and purchase a module straight away.  These offers will be available as of 1st February 2008.

January 2008

AIECS hopes you had a happy and relaxing holiday period.  Firstly, we have a new Trainer/Assessor join AIECS.  Her name is Leanne Mossop and she will be Trainer/Assessor for the Southern region. She will be visiting with Harmony and Michelle over the next month and introducing herself to students. 

We will be having a College Open Night on Wednesday 23rd January 2008 from 6.30pm to 7.30pm.  Trainers/Assessors will be available to answer any questions you may have.  Light supper will be provided. If you are interested in attending please RSVP by Thursday 17th January 2008.  We are now taking enrolments for our Fulltime Certificate III course commencing on Monday 3rd March 2008.  Our first Specialised Training Seminar - Observing and Recording Information will be held on Tuesday 12th February 2008, starting at 6.30pm. It will cost $25 per person.  If you are interested please contact the college and RSVP by 5th February 2008.

The AIECS has been recommended as a Skills First provider of RPL through the Queensland Government's Skills for the future initiative. As part of this initiative, eligible students can recieve $500 off their Qualification in the Certificate III, Diploma or Advanced Diploma of Children's Services RPL.
